AIPTEK DV 5900 Camera

I was in the market for a new camera so I check the Thrift Store. I found this little camera for $3.50. I know it's not much, but it has a preview/viewfinder screen, video/audio recording, voice recording, A/V out, and webcam. It's not much, but it works quite well. Video is smooth, but the zoom is lacking a bit, though it's unnecessary for me anyway. The sound comes through quite nicely, so I'm not worried about that. I've dropped it a few times from a moderate height (about head height/just over 5') and the only thing that happen was the battery door doesn't quite latch right anymore. Nothing that a small piece of tape cant fix. The pictures I take of items here are from this camera. Till next time.

  8. Definitely a nice find for that price. Not for me though, I have more cameras than I have room for (well, almost).
I'll be following your blogging endeavors :)

A camera is a camera. I needed one, so I got it. Besides, I've had it just over a year, and I've never had a problem with it.

  14. Heck, any piece of technology that is under $20 is an AMAZING find! Wow! This is a great topic to share with people and you've got me wanting to start visiting thrift stores more often.

I play Dance Dance Revolution a lot, and found 2 perfectly fine high quality dance pads with the thick foam in the middle for like $2 bucks (They usually run $30.)
